Setting up your business profile

Your business profile determines what appears at the top of every invoice you send. A complete profile with your business name, address, and logo makes your invoices look professional and trustworthy to your customers.

Where to find it

Go to Settings → Business Profile from your dashboard. All changes here are reflected on new invoices immediately.

Business details

Fill in the following fields:

  • Business name — the trading name that appears at the top of your invoices.
  • Business address — your registered or trading address. This is shown in the sender section of each invoice.
  • Your name — used in email correspondence with your customers.

Uploading a logo

Adding a logo is optional but recommended — it significantly improves the look of your invoices. To upload a logo:

  1. Click the logo upload area in your Business Profile settings.
  2. Select a PNG or JPG image from your computer. We recommend a square or landscape logo at least 300px wide.
  3. The logo is saved and will appear on all future invoices.

Your logo appears in the top-left corner of each invoice. If no logo is uploaded, your business name is displayed in its place.

Does changing my profile affect existing invoices?

No. Invoices that have already been sent are not retroactively updated. Changes to your business profile only affect invoices created after the change is saved. If you need to correct details on a sent invoice, you'll need to edit and resend it.
