Managing your subscription

Parsley Pay costs £10 per month. There are no per-invoice fees, no usage limits, and no contracts. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.

How billing works

When you subscribe, Stripe charges your card £10 on a monthly basis, starting from the day you subscribe. You'll receive a receipt from Stripe to the email address on your account.

Managing your billing details

To update your payment method or view your billing history, go to Settings → Billing. From there you can access the Stripe billing portal, where you can:

  • Update your credit or debit card
  • Download past invoices and receipts
  • View your next billing date

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again after that.

Your data (customers, invoices) is retained for 30 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything will be exactly as you left it. After 30 days, your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

What happens if a payment fails?

If your monthly payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), we'll send you an email notification. Stripe will automatically retry the charge over the following few days. If the payment isn't resolved, your account will be paused and you won't be able to send new invoices until billing is updated.

Your existing invoices and data remain safe throughout this period.
